We currently, DO NOT ship to anywhere in the EU due to GPSR legislation and needing a EU representative. We can only apologise for the inconvenience and hopefully we will be able to ship again to you in the near future.
Shipping Information
We take great care in packaging and shipping every order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition. Please read the information below regarding processing and delivery times.
Original Artwork
Original artworks are carefully prepared, protected, and packaged before dispatch. Due to the nature of these pieces, please allow up to 2–3 weeks for your artwork to be prepared and shipped.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- International: 5–15 business days
Please note that these delivery times are estimates only. While we will always do our best to ensure your order arrives within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including adverse weather conditions, customs processing, postal strikes, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
All original artworks are shipped using a fully tracked service. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
- UK delivery on original artwork is free.
- International shipping charges will be calculated and applied at checkout. (For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.)
Every original artwork is hand-signed by the artist and supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity.
Limited Edition Prints
All Limited Edition Prints are produced to order. Please allow up to 14 business days for production and dispatch.
If a print is listed as a pre-order item, production and dispatch times may be longer. Any estimated shipping dates will be displayed on the relevant product page.
Each print is carefully wrapped in protective tissue paper and packaged according to its size:
- Smaller prints are shipped in reinforced hard-backed envelopes with additional protective card.
- Larger prints are rolled and shipped in sturdy postal tubes.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- International: 5–10 business days
All Limited Edition Prints are sent using a tracked delivery service and may require a signature upon delivery.
Each Limited Edition Print is hand-signed and individually numbered by the artist and is supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity.
Open Edition, Standard Prints and products
Open Edition and standard prints are carefully wrapped in protective tissue paper before being packaged in either a reinforced hard-backed envelope or a postal tube, depending on the size of the artwork. Other non-paper based items, will be packaged accordingly to the product in appropriate sized postal boxes, bags and/or envelopes.
Please allow 1–3 business days for dispatch.
If the item is listed as a pre-order product, dispatch times may be longer and will be detailed on the product page.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- International: 5–10 business days
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Important Shipping Information
All delivery times provided are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier service. While we will always assist in resolving delivery issues where possible, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Postal or courier service disruptions
- Customs inspections or import procedures
- Severe weather conditions
- Public holidays or bank holidays
- Industrial action or strikes
- High seasonal demand periods
- Any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.
Returns and refunds
Original Artwork & Limited Editions
Due to the nature of original artworks and limited edition products and the specialised packing to make sure that it is safe and protected while being shipped, all sales of original artworks and limited edition products are final.
We will not accept any returns, exchanges or offer refunds based on change of mind, personal preferences, incorrect purchases or any other non-fault related reason.
If the artwork or the product should arrive damaged/faulty/defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to include the following:
- Your order number.
- A detailed description of the damage or fault.

Clear photographs of:
- The artwork.
- Any damaged areas.
- The outer packaging and shipping box.
- Any internal protective packaging materials.
- AND a clear video showing the condition of the artwork and packaging upon opening.
Failure to provide the required evidence may result in your claim being rejected.
Minor variations, texture differences, brush marks, and natural characteristics of handmade artwork are NOT considered defects.
All claims will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Returns of any artwork or limited edition products must not be done without first getting written authorisation from us.
If we have authorised the return, customers will have to arrange to pay for the return shipment initially. Proof of postage will need to be provided. We strongly recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return transit.
Once received and if upon inspection the artwork is confirmed to be damaged AND matches the claim, photos and videos that has been sent to us, we may either offer a replacement (if available), repair and restore or offer a refund. Reasonable return postage costs may also be reimbursed where the fault or transit damage is verified.
Refunds, replacements, repair and restore, or reimbursement of return shipping will not be processed until we have received the returned artwork and it has been inspected by us and matches the claim, photos and videos provided to us. We will notify you of the outcome of your claim once we have done a full assessment. .
We reserve the right to refuse any claim where:
- Insufficient evidence is provided.
- The damage appears to have occurred after delivery.
- The claim is submitted outside the required notification period.
- The artwork has been altered, mishandled, or improperly stored after receipt.
- The returned artwork is not received by us.
- The reported fault, defect, or damage cannot be verified upon inspection.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Other Prints and Products
If you receive a print or product that is faulty, damaged, defective, or has been supplied incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
When contacting us, please provide:
- Your order number.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Clear photographs showing the fault, damage, or error.
- AND a video where appropriate to help us assess the issue.
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may affect our ability to investigate and resolve your claim.
All claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to request additional information or evidence before making a decision.
Products must not be returned without prior authorisation. If a return is required, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage and using a tracked delivery service when returning any item, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Where a return has been authorised, any refund, replacement, store credit, or other remedy will only be processed once the item has been received and inspected by us.
If, upon inspection, the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, defective, or supplied in error, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund. Where required by applicable consumer protection laws, reasonable return postage costs may also be reimbursed.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement where:
- The reported issue cannot be verified.
- The item has been damaged through misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
- The item is returned in a different condition from that reported.
- The claim is submitted outside the stated notification period.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
