FAQ's

Posting & Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do! We currently ship worldwide. Of course if circumstances were to change, then we may need to change where we ship. We will update this section when changes have been made however, at this point in time, we are shipping everywhere.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the order and where it is being shipped.

Standard Prints

Standard prints will take 2-3 business days before being shipped. Once shipped the aimed arrival times should be:

UK - 2-5 Business days

Everywhere Else - 7 - 14 Business days

Limited Edition Prints

Any order that contains a Limited Edition Print will take 7 - 14 business days before shipped. This is because these are printed to order. Some of the prints are also then worked on by the artist, for example hand gilded, which takes a lot of time and care.

These prints are sent tracked and will need to be signed for.

Once shipped the times for arrival:

UK - 2-5 Business Days

Everywhere Else - 7 -14 Business Days

Original Artwork

Any orders that contains an original will take 7 - 14 business days before being shipped. This is because we want to make sure that the artwork has been properly cared for and packaged correctly so that it will get to you in perfect condition.

Once shipped the arrival times are:

UK - 2-5 Business days

Everywhere Else - 7-14 Business Days

Please Note: Despite our best efforts to get your order delivered to you in the times we have suggested, that once the order has been shipped, the times for delivery are completely out of our hands. Please also be aware that things like strikes, Covid-19 and weather can all have effects on the timings and packages could be delayed.

Can I change my delivery address?

Please be aware that we will deliver to whatever address has been placed in the delivery address section.

If you find that this address needs to be changed, please let us know as soon as possible. You will have upto 24 hours after placing your order to guarantee a change of address. Send an email through the contact page here to get in touch.

Unfortunately, once the product has been shipped, we will not be able to change your address and unable to redirect your delivery.

Why is my order delayed?

Although we try our best to get your orders shipped and delivered to you within the time frames we have specified, please be mindful that we are a small business and if there is an influx in orders, especially for limited edition prints, this may delay the dispatching process.

Of course, if there are delays to the arrival of your order once it has been shipped, we will try our best to find out what is happening, however, once the order has been sent, it is out of our hands and we are not responsible for how soon the package will arrive and unable to speed the process up for you. Some reasons for delay can be down to severe weather, strikes, Covid-19 etc.

Custom Fees

Please be aware that orders and deliveries to international countries, outside of the UK, may incur extra import costs and be held in customs, if this happens custom fees need to be paid in order for the package to be released.

The buyer is responsible for any custom fees that may need to be paid. If you are unsure about customs and making a purchase, please check your countries custom fees to calculate the amount.

My Purchase

Will my prints be hand signed?

Unfortunately, any open edition prints are not hand signed. Only limited editions and originals are signed to preserve the integrity of works that increase in value over time and protect collectors' investments.

Will my print come with a Certificate of Authenticity?

A Certificate of Authenticity is only included for limited edition prints and original works. This is to preserve the integrity of works that rise in value over time.

Will anything else come with my order?

All orders are packed with a thank you card that can double up as a small print and a care slip to explain how to care for your prints.

Sometimes, if we have an offer or are celebrating something we may add a little extra something into your orders as a thank you or a way of celebrating, but we will let consumers know through our site, by email if you are subscribed or our social media pages.

Where can I find my order confirmation?

All orders that are made will automatically receive an email with your confirmation.

If you have not received an email from us in your inbox, please do check your spam as sometimes they can appear there.

A paper receipt will also be included in your order.

Products & Art

What do you use for your art?

I use a range of materials from a variety of different brands. Because of this I am unable to list them here as there will be too many. However, I have often mentioned what I am using in my videos on my social media accounts and will also use my blog here to talk about some of my processes and materials used.

What is a Giclée Print?

Giclée is high-resolution printing on specific archival, fine art, paper. To keep the quality of the print, images and artwork have to be a minimum of 300dpi (dots per inch). This means that more dots of colour will be printed and therefore the final image will appear sharper and in more detail.

Most printing is used using CMYK - 4 different colour combinations, while Giclée uses upto 12 different colours. Because of the extra inks used, giclée printing produces smoother gradient transitions and a wider colour gamut than other printing styles and gives giclée prints more depth and richness.

Using a giclée printing method means that prints can get as close to the original as possible and, if cared for and stored properly, can last 100+ years without fading or deteriorating.

Do you offer lessons or tutorials?

Currently, I do not have any full videos that provide any lessons or tutorials, however there have been some plans in the making to start, so please watch this space.

In the meantime, I do have some content on my social media feeds that introduce short, snapshot videos that introduce some tips and tricks that I use with my art.

Commissioning & Collaborations

Do you take commission requests?

Although I do take commissions, please be mindful that I am very selective on what projects I will take on and what I believe will benefit my portfolio of work.

I get requests for commission work every day and unfortunately, as much as I would love to accept every commission job that comes my way, I do not have the time to take every request.

Thank you so much for your understanding.

However, please do get in touch through our contact page here with your request.

Brand Collaborations

First of all, thank you so much for wanting to collaborate with me. I am always honoured when a brand gets in touch.

Please do use the contact page here, to get in touch and leave details on the request.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
